If you are registering MORE THAN ONE PERSON, (i.e. your family), please register yourself, then select Register Someone Else and find the next person's name in your roster. Select their registration options and then go back to the Register Someone Else option and find the next person. Individuals can be added if you do not find them in our system.
WHAT ARE MY REGISTRATION OPTIONS?
- Attendee Registration: This registration option is traditionally the choice for an employee of a member firm. It includes participation in business sessions and social events.
- ONLY Social Events Registration: This registration option is traditionally the choice for a spouse/guest of an employee of a member firm. It includes participation in Thursday's Welcome Dinner, Friday - Sunday breakfasts, and Sunday's Closing Night Reception. This choice does not include participation in the leadership development sessions.
- Child 13-17 Years Old Registration: Includes participation in Thursday's Welcome Dinner, Friday - Sunday breakfasts, and Sunday's Closing Night Reception. (Register each child by choosing the Child Registration ticket with their appropriate age range)
- Child 5-12 Years Old Registration: Includes participation in Thursday's Welcome Dinner, Friday - Sunday breakfasts, and Sunday's Closing Night Reception. (Register each child by choosing the Child Registration ticket with their appropriate age range)
- Child 0-4 Years Old Registration: Includes participation in Thursday's Welcome Dinner, Friday - Sunday breakfasts, and Sunday's Closing Night Reception. (Register each child by choosing the Child Registration ticket with their appropriate age range)

- The negotiated rates are $559++ for Run of House room types. Please note these are single or double occupancy and additional adults in the room will incur an extra adult fee. Children 17 years or younger will stay free of charge in adult’s room with existing bedding. No meals included, subject to state and local taxes.
- Guests may call the Central Reservations Office at 800-XXX-XXXX to make reservations.
- Guests may also access room reservations via online booking by clicking below: Book Hotel
- A 1 night deposit is charged at the time of booking. This deposit is fully refundable as long as the booking is cancelled more than 30 days before the arrival date. Reservations that no-show, arrive late, or depart early will be charged in full and are non-refundable.
- The Reservation Cutoff Date is Monday, December 26, 2026. Reservations received after this date, or after the block is filled are subject to prevailing rates and availability.
- The penalty for cancellations received after December 28, 2027 is a forfeiture equal to two nights.
- Accessible and Pet rooms have limited availability; please submit these requests as early as possible. There is an additional charge of $350 for reserving a pet friendly room.
Please note: Our rate ends when the contracted room block is filled as the rate is honored based on availability. Once the block is sold out, we will work through a wait list based on first-come, first-serve. There is no guarantee a room will become available after the block sells out, but if you’d like to be put on a wait list, please connect with Machell.
Notes:
- Check-in: available as of 4:00 pm each day
- Check-out: no later than 11:00 am
(While AGC Georgia can't guarantee we will have another member from a possible room wait list to take a room, please connect with Machell before cancelling a room reservation.)
