About the Course:
PMDP, created by AGC of America, is designed to specifically meet the needs of industry.
Course curriculum, activities, and shared experiences of course participants provides valuable skills and knowledge that will increase participants’ ability to work collaboratively with others to ensure project success.
The five-unit program covers the basics of project management and provides tactics and strategies needed for today’s evolving construction marketplace.
*This course is geared toward beginner construction project managers and those moving into the role in the near future.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests must be received in writing via email at least 7 business days before the training. In those circumstances, registration fees will be refunded, minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellation requests received less than 7 business days before training cannot be refunded. The request must be sent in writing via email to parham@agcga.org. Substitutions are encouraged and can also be requested via email to Cindy Parham. Confirmation to registered participants will be provided prior to the event via email one week prior to the course.

Meet Your Instructor
Daphene Koch | Owner | Build Your Know, LLC
Daphene has over 15 years of construction industry experience on commercial and industrial projects. Her roles have included project manager, safety manager, construction services leader and pipefitters helper. While a professor at Purdue University in the School of Construction Management she partnered with contractors to develop training and workforce development programs. She has been an AGC of America trainer since 2000 and is well versed in the PMDP curriculum along with the Supervisory Training Program (STP), Construction Supervisory Fundamentals (CSF) and many other custom training programs for construction professionals.
