About the Course:
This course provides plan details covering foundations, stem walls, footers, steel columns structures, beam and girders, steel connection specifications.
Attendees will practice calculating installation and purchase quantities for concrete, gravel base, moisture barriers, reinforcing steel, CMU wall reinforcement, lintels, rebar, and grout.
The course will also cover how t review structural steel requirements, including identifying beam types, determining steel lengths and weights, and understanding connection specifications.
NOTE: This course is NOT a price estimating class, it's only for quantities used to prepare estimates by drilling into plans and specifications.
MODALITY: Hands-on class using plans (Printed or PDF) and provided Excel spreadsheet. Computer with Excel is required for class.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests must be received in writing at least 7 business days before the training. In those circumstances, registration fees will be refunded, minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellation requests received less than 7 business days before training cannot be refunded. The request must be sent in writing via email to parham@agcga.org
AGC Georgia reserves the right to cancel programs up to 7 days prior to the start date if a minimum number of attendees is not met.
