Michael Kingsley is a Project Manager with Kajima Building & Design Group (KBDG), where he has spent the past five years delivering design-build projects in the industrial and manufacturing sectors. A graduate of Clemson University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Michael began his career in Washington, D.C., working on high-end tenant interiors and secure facility projects before transitioning into large-scale industrial construction.

Garrett Miller is a partner in the Atlanta office of Smith Currie Oles LLP, where his legal practice focuses on construction law and government contracts. He is a 2001 graduate of the University of Mississippi School of Law and, for the past twenty years, he has represented owners, general contractors, construction managers, subcontractors, and design professionals in all phases of public and private construction and service projects nationwide. Garrett’s diverse legal practice involves the counseling of contractors on contract negotiations, licensing and compliance, risk mitigation, and claims resolution. He is admitted to practice in the States of Georgia and Mississippi.

• Donnie Beasley
  Project Superintendent | Garbutt Construction

Donnie Beasley brings more than five decades of experience in construction, facilities management, and historic preservation to Garbutt Construction Company. Prior to joining Garbutt, he spent 20 years with Georgia College & State University as a project manager, along with 21 years of experience in the construction industry. This diverse background has given him extensive knowledge of institutional facilities and the unique demands of historic structures.

• Jennie Robinson

Jennie Robinson serves as Director of Finance & Accounting at KBDG, bringing experience across public accounting, healthcare real estate, and construction. Prior to joining KBDG in the fall of 2019, she worked for a healthcare real estate company focused on the development and management of medical office buildings. Jennie is passionate about process improvement, fostering collaboration across departments, and developing strong finance teams that support operational excellence and business growth.

• Mike Roush
  Vice President of Safety & Field Operations | Kajima Building & Design Group (KBDG)                                    

Mike Roush has spent the past 36 years helping deliver projects across a wide range of markets and industries. For the last 20 years, he has led KBDG's safety program, partnering with project teams to strengthen field leadership, promote safe work practices, and support successful project execution.
